Even though I haven't been keeping up with this show lately, not to make a pun, these screencaps (despite their quality) have peaked my attention. Kim is at her fattest and it's pretty obvious. Hopefully in the not too distant future, there are better screencaps in a higher resolution. The pictures are a bit out of order. On a side note, during Kim's birthday bash, Kanye asked everyone to dress like Kim and put on fake baby bumps. I need an HD video of that moment. 31 30 The 2nd Kourtney pregnancy produced good content on the show. The other 2 were underwhelming especially the last one. Least it doesn't seem like Kim is confined to a bed this go around. Last time it felt like she was always in black and laying in a bed like they tried to hide how big she had gotten.
