I may not have any gaining "tips" but I wouldn't overdo it with pumping sugar into your body constantly, especially with soda of any kind. Gaining weight on purpose can be loads of fun and very erotic but there is care that goes into it, just do a little research and take care not to get too reckless.

I'm sure she'll figure it out by you doing what you're doing, by saying how you think she looks great. With that and how you may physically react to her (holding/grabbing her, maybe some difference in the bedroom), she'll more than likely approach you about it without you having to say anything at all.
