Hey all, over the past year of gaining I’ve managed to gain 80lbs, but I’ve also gained an unwanted friend: pre-diabetes. Any good foods to gain on that doesn’t have a horrible blood sugar/insulin response? Don’t get me wrong, I love getting fatter, but I’m not putting myself through diabetes… I’ve seen too many family and friends suffer through it, want to avoid it as much as possible lol Thanks for any suggestions Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
