Apetamin is something that you can order over the web that is tested and seems to increase appetite without screwing up your body too much. Some people say that after it maxes your appetite for an hour, it will get you tired. That's beneficial for people planning on gaining, but be aware of how drowsy it will make you (the extra food in the belly could also be part of it.) Some people use Maca root to increase energy levels.
