  3. It’s been a long weekend lol. Currently at a rest stop in the middle of BFE Illinois on a drive through the night to Colorado (started in FL this am). You look great by the way.

  5. Yeah but could you actually get any groceries though? Went shopping yesterday at my local place in downtown Chicago and it was pretty much wiped out. Ended up with 6 eggs, some peanut butter, tortillas and a shit ton of protein bars lol

  9. I was here in Naples Florida (southern most south west florida) for the worst of it. It honestly wasn't as bad as the media made it out to be. The eye passed directly overhead. I actually walked outside into the eye wall (140mph winds) for a bit lol
  10. I think he was talking about the colloquial definition of "fit" meaning "in shape" and healthy. If you are carrying enough excess fat to be considered obese you are certainly not "fit". Obesity leads to high blood pressure making an individual more susceptible to things like heart disease and strokes. Fat people are also at higher risk of kidney disease, type 2 diabetes, arthritis and certain types of cancer. Not trying to be a buzz kill here
  11. At least one mass gainer shake a day but in reality you should be drinking maybe 2-3 a day if you can. One with/after every meal would definitely do the trick. When I was taking the mass gainer I'd drink at least 2 a day. One in the am and one after the gym. It definitely helped me get past my weight plateau. If you look on Amazon you can also find carb supplements that you can add to the shake to increase the amount of carbohydrates you consume. I had one that was about 25g of carbs per scoop. Throw an extra one in each shake and you'd be set. You might already know this but just in case... The more carbs you intake without expending energy, the more fat you will accumulate. Carbs are quick energy that gets converted to fat if not used immediately. One way to speed up that process is to eat carbs before bed. Your body basically goes into hibernation every night and any carbs, sugars, fats and proteins you intake within an hour or two of bed will be stored long term instead of expelled as a quick source energy.
  12. Keep drinking mass gainer shakes. Grab the highest carb mass gainer you can online and instead of using milk use heavy cream or half & half. Throw a scoop of ice cream and peanut butter in there for good measure. Drink at least one of those a day and you'll have no problem gaining. Seriously, if you arent using an actual mass gainer I totally suggest getting one off Amazon or something. That stuff is formulated to help people gain weight.
