The Fitness Assessment 😱

I finally got my fitness assessment with a personal trainer and the results were... even worse than I was expecting. 😳 He measured my weight and used a device to calculate my BMI and body fat percentage. Both were very high. I guess it's true what they say- you are what you eat. And a shocking percentage of my body is useless, jiggly fat!
I was already embarrassed about my current level of fitness before I went to the gym. Already embarrassed about my size, and trying to hide myself under plain clothing and a hat. And that's before we even got started evaluating my stamina and core strength.
My feeder managed to sneakily record one of the workouts they had me doing- but there were more. Squats and planks and pushups. I honestly did much worse than I was expecting I would do. 12 months ago, I was actually getting pretty buff. I could flex my arms and you could see the muscles showing through. But ever since I stopped going to the gym, they once again disappeared under a heavy layer of soft fat.
Well... Just like when I started out on Curvage, I've got another vacation coming up. And I'd like to drop 20 pounds before I go. I intend to be on the beach, in a swimsuit, and I can't have my fat belly hanging out all over the place! Over the next few months, you guys will have front row seats to my success or failure at getting fit. 💖
I was near my heaviest in 2022. Then in 2023 I hit the gym HARD.
But in 2024 I gained back every pound of fat I burned and lost all the muscle I built! 😨

On the weekend I went to visit some islands in the north of the city with a group of friends⛱️☀️ that day it was very hot and my small shorts made me very uncomfortable, my thighs stuck out and rubbed against each other 😳 it was a little annoying.

My friends prowled the halls of this old run-down hotel while I shook my fat, showed off my ass, and bounced my tits for you 🥵🔥 I was so nervous about being discovered, it was very exciting and exciting. In the end we had a picnic and I ate a lot of delicious good, I was very tired, I climbed so many stairs and walked a lot in the forest 😴

Damn 🤯 if you thought you had seen nadya at her fattest and greediest then think again because nadya is eating not one but four pies in this 🐷. With two different angles to capture her gluttony Nadya is behind a small table with the pies on, with her hands behind her back she dives in getting cake all over her double chin 😍 her big belly means she can’t sit that close to the table you can see her rolls and stretch marks. With her belly moving into her lap and moaning sounds she starts devouring and of course it’s not long before she needs to burp. The second cake is even messier send cream over nadya chins. The more Nadya leans forward the more her gut and 🍈🍈 push the pies away 😂 but Nadya but won’t let that stop her, 3rd pie now and she stops for a quick drink and some burps. Struggling to undo her button under her enormous stomach she lets her belly out more into her lap. With the pies contents demolished nadya is so full now.
