From the comments and personal experiences it's more like a sort of placebo with mixed results. Basically there's nofap and noporn. Noporn is fapping as much as you want but without watching anything, just using your sheer imagination, as with porn you'd get used to unusual things thus having problems getting hard with normal girls. Nofap is when you cut everything out till x days. Some say the only changes are a slight increase in testosterone after a week but nothing else, while others say that it helped them a lot so I'm trying it. I think I'll try 1 month.
