I look mostly at YouTube chubby girls and friends from social media, I've gone from fapping mutiple times a day to maybe once at most. I'm confident tho, I've already managed multiple days in a row, you just gotta try and try.

I don't really know whether there is any point in doing it if you'll keep edging. However, maybe if you never really edge while looking at stuff that makes you want to, that'd help. (so called 'cue exposure therapy'. )

I did get some good results even tho I edged, ie more lust, boners just by looking at real girls, etc.
