You know you've spotted a feeder when...

Sadly, most ladies blab all over social media things that they shouldn't. -.- Odds are he meant it either as a joke, as foreplay (testing the waters, like SuperJ707 said), or ((as odd as it may sound)) like a per name. I get a thrill being called "fat ass" by boyfriend more often than not. It's almost the equivalent of "good girl" at this point.

In my dysfunctional relationship, Melinda's pet name of choice for me has been "Fat Man" (5'7"/180, I'm not the svelte athlete I once was, thirties are a mother!), but I do call her "Big Bitch"/"Big Woman" as well. She's 5'11"/280, ~size 20/22 and while she has gained since we got married six years ago, I haven't intentionally been shoving food down her throat.

I will say this, I believe there are more subtle instances of feederism in mainstream society than we think. When was the last time outside InternetFatGirlWorld you have heard that phrase "He prefers something to hold on to".

These sound like a younger couple as well, and I do sense some social ineptitude here as well.
