Guest Mflowers
I'm not sure if I should put this here but if it should be moved please do so. So I'm drinking 63oz of half and half before bed every night. I am currently not stuffing everyday and maintaining a regular diet. My activity level is light because I work an office job and I intend to do this for seven days to see how much I can gain. I'm currently 214.6lbs, 6'2". Day 1 (12/12/16): My diet remained decent probably ate 1,500 in calories before the chugging. At night I chugged the whole thing pretty quick and got super bloated. Tuesday morning I felt sluggish and barely bloated but felt easily susceptible to getting a headache. My stomach just shows signs of a little bloat. Day 2 (12/13/16): I'm at work early and already feel sort of hungry. I went to bed at 12am and probably got 5 hours of sleep. I'm looking forward to chugging again tonight but I can't help but think how hungry I am in the morning. Just finished a whole pan pizza from dominos and it went down super easy. I think tonight I will do 63oz of heavy cream instead of half-and-half. My midsection already appears softer than yesterday. So I just finished chugging two heavy creams for a total of 64oz which is around 6300 calories. (More updates to come)
