Guest Ms. LovelyMeow Posted July 27, 2018 Share Posted July 27, 2018 Just binge-watched the latest season of Orange is the New Black and there's a ton of episodes with Amanda Fuller in them, I managed to snap some really good quality photos below - her double chin is legendary! In the show, her name is Badison, a portmanteau of 'Bad' and 'Madison' - in the 7th episode, "Changing Winds", her weight is brought in flashback. The first is during a fight with her parents, where her mother remarks, "You like eating and living in our house?" and is immediately followed by her father with, "Clearly she likes eating." The second is from her duration at a sort of military summer camp where she earns the nickname "Fatison" from one of her fellow 'campers'. During her time in the prison portion of the show there are two minor scenes of note - there's a prolonged shower sequence where you can see down to her breasts, and there's another scene where she shows off a medical patch meant to be covering a shank wound; the wound is right on her lower back/hip area, so when she lifts her shirt you can see quite a bit of muffintop at the side: Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I mean I came off of doing a sitcom [Fuller also stars on Last Man Standing] and it's a very different world. It's all stage makeup and Spanx; it's a little bit more illusionary. But to be able to show up to work and just let it all hang and not worry about whatever it is your body is going through, which happens to be a lot for me right now—it was so necessary. And I've always been a no-makeup girl, yet to have it so closely exposed on HD film is a really scary thing. But there's just such a level of comfortability with everybody, such a support system and so much body positivity. It was a really therapeutic place for me to be and to not have to worry about looks at all and allow myself to be ugly. We made my teeth even dirtier and more crooked than they already are and we added roots to my hair; the purpose was to make her not attractive. She's an unattractive person. And that's the opposite of what I've always been told I need to be to be an actor. I had a hard time getting used to that. It's so a part of my DNA and how I trained my brain to present myself as an actor. Especially as a woman. Having to retrain my brain is very hard—I have the worst body dysmorphia. That's just like something I have to deal with every day so to be in an environment and have it be OK is just so necessary.
