UK-based Canadian comedian Katherine Ryan shared an image of herself of a "botched bum lift". Like many others, I thought it was genuine. However, it was part of a comedy show she appeared on here on Channel 4 to promote "fake news". I've attached some photos of what she normally looks like as well. Gotta say, I was hoping it was real.
