Anyway, she comes back a couple of weeks later thin as a twig; however, our main character gives her a box of choclates as a way of saying thank you. I mean does it take itself very serious and is usually pretty realistic or could a sudden 100 pound weight gain be a possibility in the atmosphere of the show?
