Help with finding a movie

I am trying to find a film, and yes it is a bit of a guessing game as I can remember what it is called. But I saw a clip and it was about a woman who had be made a slave, and locked up in a prisons cell forced to gain weight, she was to be sold on a market as a slave (I think). This a old movie, The custom were war like.

I know that this is a long shot and probably not be very descriptive but thought that I would give it a go to see if anyone remembers this film??

The woman does end up quite fat, but they use three different actors to make it work. I think the scene starts around the 20:00 mark

I wouldn't call it displeasing...it's more like those corny B-movies. I haven't seen Feed though, so I can't judge.

If you watch the whole clip I think you will realze these women are being fattened for a much darker purpose than slavery. (Which they already are in any case)

I think the line that the biggest one is going to make some village veeeerry happy is the giveaway.
