She was never genuine.  All she ever wanted was fame and money, which she now has; she lends her name to swimsuit lines and I see her in mainstream makeup/beauty products commercials all the time, of which she can book more at a smaller size.  She discovered an unfilled niche wherein she could gain fame by pretending to be a role model for women and girls with body issues, which she exploited.

We gotta stop letting these girls near sports illustrated. Appearing in its cover seems to be the most effective weight loss product ever conceived of.

What about Hunter McGrady? She didn't loose a single pound after appearing in Sports Illustrated - quite the contrary, she seems to have gained weight.

@riley7897 I hate that expression, but is Curvage is getting "WOKE" now or somehow?

I don’t wanna bring up my broader political views on a porn site because that’s just annoying for everyone, but I think this topic is something we can all relate to. We all like big girls here. Most of us probably learned from an early age that the women we like are considered nasty and inferior by the people around us, and that the media encourages it. We can‘t afford to live with those peoples‘ fatphobic mindset because it would make us feel gross, weird, and miserable. So naturally, we question our culture’s beauty standards more than most people. We are, as a group, probably more cynical about how skinny all the actresses, models, and beauty queens are. We feel excluded from things that cater to „normal“ sexual preferences. We should be telling more people out there that big can be beautiful, and there’s nothing gross or wrong about liking it. I think more people should hear this stuff, instead of hearing some other popular online douchebags like Roosh V or the Incels trying to say „fat girls are objectively ugly, and are making our culture collapse by destroying the dating pool“ (he literally declared a „jihad against fat women“ and organized a fat shaming event). Nobody on Curvage could possibly think these ideas are ok.

Didn’t know about that. I was just overgenerlizing like a moron.
