What are Reputation Points?
Reputation points are a way to measure the value someone is adding to Curvage. In the old days the count of content was measured. However, this didn't really create a good sense of actual value someone was adding to Curvage. People would just post nonsense to get their count up. Now we measure value by counting the positive reaction of others. When you post to our site people have the opportunity to react. These reactions add to your reputation score which can be viewed on your profile.
How do I earn Reputation Points?
Post content anywhere on the site by creating forum threads of your own or by replying to others. You can also post pictures to the gallery, or create status updates. Once your content is there, people will be able to react. each reaction will add to your over all reputation. Here is an example of what some reactions look like.

 
Why do I have to earn points first in order to become a model?
There are a couple of reasons.
We want people who are serious about the opportunity to model on Curvage. Some folks just want to swing in to see if they can market their other projects and we need to filter those folks out. Curvage is an amazing opportunity and we need to reserve it for people who are here for Curvage One of the things that makes Curvage magical is the built in community. There are people who are looking for your content and they are already here. In order to make the most out of your experience here, you will need to learn how to post in the community. Getting a bit of practice first will set you up for success. Since you made it this far,... here's a secret. IT's REALLY easy to get enough points to become eligible. So go give it a try, it won't take long we promise I have enough points, now what?
Note: in order for your account to be eligible to apply as a model your points will need to be evaluated and your account upgraded. This doesn't happen instantly upon attaining enough points. It takes an hour or two in order to process. If a few hours go by and your account is still not eligible please use the contact us box below to seek assistance.
TIP: usually your very next post AFTER you reach the reputation amount will trigger the change and unlock the model application.. so now that you have enough points try making 1 more post in the forums. A reply to any other post will work.

You've attempted to stack the deck by defining narrow terms.
Fat people are unhealthy --> People on this site want others fat --> Therefore people on this site are Evil Unfortunately the world is a lot more complex than what you've defined. The argument presented is so narrow that ignores many other possible outcomes, and complexities present in the universe. It does not capture any components that drive decisions of rational humans.
By the logic presented here, almost anything can be evil. 
Riding a motorcycle is dangerous -->Harley Davidson is an evil company. See the problem with this logic?
You are free to dislike things but don't come here ranting about how folks are evil simply because you dislike it.

Reasoning- Though respect can be and sometimes always is an aspect of the other reactions (such as "thanks" and "love"), sometimes it's best among a community to clearly say you respect a person or at least something they've said. Having a reaction-option dedicated to it would allow users to support eachother without giving the wrong idea nor with bumping threads.

Step 1: Register for Curvage
Join Curvage by registering here. Step 2: Contribute to the Community
Start earning 10 reputation points by actively participating in our community. You can check your reputation points on your profile. A quick way to earn points is by sharing a few images on the home page or introducing yourself in our community forums. Shortly after you earn 10 reputation points, you'll gain access to the model application form.  
Step 3: Apply to Be a Model
To apply, you'll need two forms of ID. If you're international or from the USA, you'll need ID verification. Additionally USA, you'll need to complete and sign a dated W9 form. You can find the model application here. Note: if you have filled out the application correctly it will let you know it's completed and you should get a PM. If you did not get that there is a mistake. Make sure everything is filled out and all places requesting an upload have something attached. Leave nothing empty. Step 4: Await Approval
After applying, await approval. You'll receive a personal message with a warm welcome and details on the next steps.
