I might be wrong, but if you look carefully I think you can just see that she decided to wear a fleshy coloured (but not quite fleshy coloured enough) body shaper or something. You can just see the difference in colour where its top ends just a little below her chest. It may be the opposite, something underneath her black top bit continuing just a little bit further down, so that that's the fabric of something and further down is the skin tone which would mean she really does have nothing under that lacy stuff across her belly, but I don't think it looks that way round. Another thing, sometimes when you see her from the back or side, she has some back fat.
