Have you tried meditation ? By that I mean breathing exercises to calm & balance your mind, By paying attention to your breathing instead of your constant inner monologue and not following every train of thought that pops into your consciousness, you can change the frequency of your brainwaves from beta (nagging inner voice) to alpha (self aware calm) It's very simple find a comfortable position that allows for your spine to be in a neutral position (not arched nor hunched) and listen to your breathing, when a thought pops into your mind notice it and let it go, then focus on your breathing again. If you practice this 5-20 minutes in the morning and 5-20 minutes before going to sleep, you train your rational part of your brain like a muscle and strengthen the ability to choose whether or not you get swept away by moods. I would suggest to start during a phase where you are well. There is some effort you have to invest in the beginning. I started meditating because i work in an environment that attracts sociopaths that put everyone around them on edge by zeroing in on personal insecurities. You know people that emotionally destabilize others to make them more vulnerable to manipulation. Meditation proved very effective at disarming these nasty tactics. I have been doing this for a very long time, and at this point I can will myself to not become angry, anxious etc. I can be in a very irritating situation and not become stressed. That being said I have no idea what your mental illness is, from your description it could be post traumatic stress disorder, bi-polar disorder or some type of trauma induced depression. I have no idea whether or not meditating will help, It might reduce the intensity of the mood-swings. There is no risk to meditating, at worst you'll fall asleep, so maybe set a timer or alarm if you have appointments to keep. Avoid the meditation helper-devices with photo-stimulation or bin-aural sounds, safe and effective external brain-waive-modification is at least a decade away. I wish you all the best, stay strong. -

Assuming the problem is on your end, here is a probable way to solve it download gimp http://download.gimp.org/pub/gimp/v2.8/windows/gimp-2.8.14-setup-1.exe or http://www.gimp.org/downloads/ open image in gimp: in the top menu-bar <File> then <Open> if the image apears up-right, in the top menu-bar click <File> then <Overwrite imagename.jpg> if the image is not upright, in the top menu-bar click <Image> then <Transform> then <Rotate ...> or <flip ...> then <File> and <Overwrite imagename.jpg> "imagename.jpg" will be the actual name of your file, since i can't know what that is i chose this as placeholder <flip horizontal> = mirror image left-right <flip vertial> = turn image upside-down <rotate 90 degree clockwise> = tips image to its right side <rotate 90 degree counter-clockwise> = tips image to its left side

*Porn isolates sexuality and delivers it in an undiluted form.* Porn = undiluted form of sexuality? IMHO: I know people can have vicarious experiences, but actually participating is the most undiluted you can get. Or did I miss the invention of holodeck virtual reality porn.
