Modcloth is relatively expensive, but has basically the cutest clothing options I've ever seen and goes up to a 4x. Considering you're a smaller fat though, I would also def recommend Target's juniors section (I can wear a lot of the xxls and I'm a 26/28 on bottom so I'm sure you'd be able to wear them just fine) and also ASOS. ASOS does tend to run large though, so I would usually order down at least 1-2 sizes.
