That's not a disease. That's a symptom. Basically, when you are in liver failure, ammonia builds up in you body causing confusion. This is seen only in the end stage of stuff. And manageable as well.

I'm sorry, but what she has is far from "terminal". Thalassemia, which she claims to have has basically a full life span with treatment (and yes, I am a part of the medical community).
