In the season 1 episode with Flash dialogue from Winn implies Kara eats almost as much as Barry does (10000 calories a day). She always binge eats. Some cut the food scenes from season 1 together:

Actually they address that early on in the series. Kara literally can't gain weight eating Earth food. Or get buzzed from Earth booze.
