Logged on and commenting for the first time in ages just to say I've really enjoyed this story. Been waiting for someone to use the foodie concept properly, i think you can definitely consider this a successful proof of concept! Great example of show don't tell writing too, which is a rarity in WG fiction. You do have plans to continue this right? I'll be checking back everyday for updates, super keen for it.
