could someone explain me whats wrong width telling someone to smile??? havent you said to a girl, it would mean a world to me if you smile????... I have a mad face and even my dentist told me once... you need to learn how to smile and I do it... I practice in front of a mirror (but for me there's no case for me, if I force to fake it I look ugly, someone has to tell me a joke), believe it or not not all people know how to smile and a big smile can open doors, and in fact I implied she would look "MORE BEAUTIFUL WIDTH A SMILE"

I totally get what you said, and by any mean did I feel offended, I was just trying to express my concerns/opinions to what you where expressing, and give you advice... thanks for taking the time to write to "US" your admirers, but even so, you said something that we all understood well... you are going to remove to gain again...that's the main point/idea, as I said before, for me a "SURGERY" means that something can go wrong, for me a SURGERY has to be done only because it is NEEDED, because in all surgery's something could go wrong... or the result is not what we want, are you at least, aware about the risks that could come width a liposuction?... and that's to think width a good well known doctor. you are a beautiful model, nice girl and have a good boy so... why the surgery?... unless someone offers you a job width good money, I don't see the point

hey there to all of you, special HEY TO YOU CARMEN, having said that, lets get to the point... the IDEA you are proposing, sound good an bad, I have to admit the fact that the only proposal of it, got me a bonner, but then when I tough about it, its too risky and not worth it, like seriously... getting surgery to remove and then gain back?!?!? even only the word SURGERY implies a risk, for me a surgery has to be performed only when someone NEEDS IT, its something that YOU, ME, WE, ALL PEOPLE shouldn't play width... and I talk from experience, I have had many surgeries around in my life, and have got some complications too, that's why I think that you should only HAVE a surgery when needed, take of if you feel that you are too heavy and are going to maintain, but don't take off width the idea of gaining it back, cuz in my experience, its going to pay big time, you are going to loose money (for the surgery) and it involves high risks... sorry to post this here, but even if we have fantasies, we have to think responsible... hope this helps you please don't get mad best wishes, ONE OF YOUR ADMIRERS
