I loved your recent video with those sexy strappy shoes! Your peeking out toes were so cute especially how the biggest toe bends and points inward due to the shape of the shoe.
Do you have a beauty regime to care for your gorgeous feet? They are having to work harder as you get heavier

When you're obesity and smoking means you now get out of breath after just one flight of normal domestic stairs in your house. 😲

I love being a 14 stone overweight heavy smoker! Feeling the effect of 24'years of overeating, not exercising and sometimes smoking up to 20 ciggies a day on my fitness or lack of 😄 and screwed up lungs.

Trousers are tight , Heart rate is pumping, breathless and all I have done is walked up a standard flight of stairs 😅 Love my lack of fitness.

constant tingles in my left hand for about a month! Think my diabetes may have progressed to the next level. Anyone know about this sort of thing? Not due for a diabetic clinic appointment until May 2019 .

I hope that does the trick! There's nothing worse than nerve pain. There's an amazing violinist named Brian King Joseph who suffers with neuropathy in his hands and I find him incredibly inspiring, knowing he experiences so much pain while he's playing.

thanks mate, yes i think it's called something else in the UK, it was all under control a couple of years ago but this last year i have just basically let myself go a bit and lost motivation to be disciplined with the diabetic diet, hence I have put on about two stone over the last two years, and ended up with high blood pressure and high cholesterol, i haven't done any proper exercise for nearly two months and am developing the stereotypical fat person heavy breathing even when I am sitting ! With a resting heartbeat of about 100 😅 I much prefer this sedentary and gluttoness lifestyle but my health is clearly starting to suffer me thinks.
