    Well, childhood experiences are known to result in personality and mood disorders. Experiences effect neurotransmitter activity, and abnormal neurotransmitter activity causes a variety of persistent psychological disorders. Anyway, to say that personality is just caused by genetics, you'd be ignoring a good deal of research in biological psychology.
