Have you read Shannon hoon's biogaphy?!? Its my favorite, super sad though blind melon isn't the same without him :/

He was such an interesting person. Had a unique way to view the world and that showed in his lyrics. What's your favorite BM tune?

Yeah, I saw them with Travis Warren when he first joined them. He sounded fine but he just doesn't have the presence Hoon had. Wish I had been older in their heyday.

Yeah he really did.. mouthful of cavities and soup are tied for me, I have the line "decorate this dying day" tattooed on my back.

Which one is your favorite? 

That's such a touch question! While I like Soup as an album more, my favorite song is probably "Change." It had a huge impact on my perspective in high school and I still find ways to glean more from it still. "So Imma write my words on the face of today...and then they'll paint it."—what a line. Had he not OD'd I sincerely think Blind Melon would be household names today. They had so much going for them. Definitely not a one hit wonder in my book.
