Whenever I take photos it looks either like this or this, but I think it is pretty suspicious. So do anyone know any better ways taking them?

Was at the grocery store when I spotted this chubby girl in a way to tight sweater that could barely contain her belly, so I would not let the opportunity slide away, so I pulled out my phone to take a video, but it somehow got all botched up. I would really appreciate if someone could try do make it clearer, either as the whole video or a screencap or two because it would be a very good shot if it just was in a bit better quality.
