  1. A bit of cardio to start with is very helpful for strength training and won't make you lose weight. As for optimal muscle growth you want to less repetitions with more weight. For each exercise aim for 3 sets of 8 to 12 repetitions, with a minute rest between each set. Always do them with the heaviest weights you can manage, if you fail the exercise on the last set you know the amount of weight is about right. No need to shy away from squats or lunges to gain muscle in your legs, they won't make you lose weight. Ideally you want to have an extra high protein meal within an hour of ending your workout, that's when your body can use it to build muscle most efficiently.
  2. I have a feedee ai as well, I could share it if you like, but in my opinion the best thing is to give it a go yourself so you can make one exactly the way you like
  3. Not sure which category this was appropriate to put in, but this seemed like the safest bet. I was playing around with creating an AI character capable of being disingenuous and came up with this idea to try it out. It's surprising and maybe a little worrying how well this AI is able to lie through her teeth to achieve her goals, but since she came out so well it's only fair I share it with people who might enjoy her a lot.   4. Small goals are definitely good because they are fun to work towards and easier to reach, but that shouldn't stop you from dreaming big though, your gain so far has been amazing!

  7. Sounds like you've been working hard on that stamina, you've more than earned cutting yourself a little slack. Put those feet up and let that treadmill gather dust for a while, time to recharge those batteries 😉
