Totally understand the fixation on weight and the scale when gaining. You can't gain like you have forever, and we all remember a lot of this is regained from before. Now you're breaking all new ground which we love to see, but I'm much happier seeing you grow happily over time than stress out over gaining quickly. Besides: chances are when you relax you'll probably end up getting even bigger - we know you'll post something good when you do.

Make videos that make you happy, you're going to do great regardless! Don't be surprised if you start enjoying the weight you put on though 😄

It's nice to know there is now a study backing what I've seen to be true, although I'm sure there's still so much more impacting weight distribution that we don't know. Do you have a link to the original study?

Please feed her - she does charge a pretty penny but she also livestreams every wednesday. She has been gaining a lot recently per her admission

Maybe focus on muscle gain/ getting "thick" instead? That is clearly in vogue right now
