      It can be - when I started out vegan lifestyle I lost a lot of weight, but ultimately I’m vegan because of the environment

      I’ve been vegan for over 2 years and I was a vegetarian before that

      Before being vegetarian I just ate whatever. I pretty much eat the same cuisines - I love the Mediterranean-, Indian- and Mexican kitchen

      Plenty on my tumblr- I didn’t really start gaining until this summer, where I gained 90 lbs in 3 months. I’m around 275 lbs now
