Not sure tbh, to me it looks like she's putting on weight. She was actually on the last season of Love Island Australia, and I think in true Love-Island fashion, she's blown up afterwards. Coming back on the show this year, she looks so so much pudgier compared to the other girls. not to throw more wood into the fire, but it's not necessarily what people are biologically, it's more about how they choose to identify. some people feel as though they are neither male or female, regardless of how they are biologically. of course though, if one chooses to not follow that line of thinking that's fine, and if one chooses to follow that line of thinking that's also fine. whatever a person decides to identify as doesn't harm anyone at all, and the least someone can do is respect their choice and identify them by the pronouns they choose.
